I had a surprise flat tire this morning and stopped by to get it repaired. The service was quick, friendly, and free of charge. Plus, for the first time in years, I made it out of a shop without a single person trying to up sale me or pressure me into buying additional services. I even asked if they had any concerns about my tires and I was told “No, they look great! You are good to go!” I will definitely be returning for any future service needs!

I've been going here for 4+ years and knew this place was a great deal with honest mechanics and a service team. However, this really came to light recently when I brought my Honda in for a recall to Honda, and Honda tried to upsell me on EVERYTHING. I called Tire World, and Beau walked me through each item and was honest about the items that he felt were legitimate. Guess what..most of the items recommended by Honda weren't. Also, the price as a whole is so much more reasonable, as they use good quality items, but they aren't necessarily HONDA-branded, which is where Honda gets you. This is a place that is honest, timely and not trying to nickel and dime you. They realize that honesty goes a long way and ends up with repeat customers.
