The Rodian CT8 HL is Nexen’s Highway All-Season tire designed for light trucks. The Rodian CT8 HL are for drivers who need a mix of long wear, satisfying on-road features, and all-season flexibility, with traction in light snow. The Rodian CT8 HL features: • Reinforced rib-type shoulder block to bear the heavy load usually carried by commercial LT vehicles. • Improved durability that prevents tension between blocks by applying square-shaped dent where a sipe turns, which leads to improved stability. • Retains optimum stiffness balance in the in-out section by applying partial depth to the slanting groove within the center block. • Main straight groove that helps to enhance faster water drainage than the current zigzag type. The Rodian CT 8 Hl is similar to all Highway All-Season tire that bears the trademarked M+S symbol which is often used as an Original Equipment (O.E.) on light/medium-duty vans, 2WD, 4WD, pickups, trucks also on sport utility and crossover vehicles. Original Equipment (O.E.) Highway All-Season tires are usually bought to replace the worn-out original tires that a vehicle comes with. Other vehicle applications can use these tires in axle pairs or complete sets of four, if they are available in the correct size, speed rating and load range to match the current specification and performance category of the current O.E. tire.
