Nexen developed the N'Priz RH7 as its Crossover/SUV Touring All-Season tire to be used as an Original Equipment on select Kia and Mitsubishi vehicles. The N'Priz RH7 tires combine handling, comfort, and all-season traction performance including light snowy weather conditions. Molding an enhanced silica tread compound into a regular design, with jagged shoulder blocks, interconnecting intermediary blocks and jointless center rib, the tire combines steering responsiveness and cornering ability with uniformed traction and even wear. The four wide-ranging circumferential grooves help to remove water under the footprint via the tread to promote resistance to hydroplaning and improve wet traction. The inner structure of the tire consists of matching steel belts secured by spirally covered nylon to provide power and durability, while a 2-ply polyester cord casing promotes improved ride quality.
