- Qualifying models include Alenza, DriveGuard, Dueler, Ecopia, Potenza, Turanza, WeatherPeak, and UltraWeather.
- Limit of 2 rebates per household.
- The offer ends October 31, 2026.
- Submit your claim by November 10, 2026 (received).

- You'll receive a prepaid card once your claim is approved.

- Limit 1 reward per each set of 4 tires purchased; limit 2 rewards per household, customer, or address.
