LIMITED WARRANTY

Non-Transferable and Non-Assignable

BRAKE WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated on this invoice, any brake service with the usage of new components carries a 12-month or 12,000 mile material and workmanship warranty.

Our liability is limited to only those parts serviced or replaced by our stores. If a brake service is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will make an allowance toward the cost of a new brake service, prorated upon the months which have elapsed since the brake service was completed and based upon the current retail cost of such a brake service.

LIFETIME BRAKE WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated on this invoice, all new brake pads or shoes installed by Tire World carry a lifetime warranty. Labor will be charged at the current rate. This warranty is not transferable.

ALIGNMENT AND FRONT-END WARRANTY

All wheel alignments are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, unless otherwise stated on this invoice, against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not cover commercial vehicles, modified vehicles, vehicles for racing or vehicles used on terrain other than city and state highways. Malicious damages and/or damages resulting from accidents are not covered by this warranty. If the alignment is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, the work will be
redone at no charge.

OTHER SERVICES

All other services and repairs, which Tire World performs, will carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) against workmanship and materials, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.This warranty does NOT cover commercial vehicles, modified vehicles, vehicles for racing, or vehicles used on terrain other than paved or gravel roads maintained by state or local authority.This warranty excludes used parts. Malicious damages and/or damages resulting from accidents are not covered by this warranty.

IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM

Within 30 days after notice of defect or damage, contact your nearest Tire World retail store. Bring your mounted defective tire or wheel or your automobile in the case of repairs, this invoice, and proof of identification. Tire World, upon satisfactory presentation of the above, will immediately make the adjustment provided herein. This warranty is extended only to the purchaser named on this invoice and covers only the products and work described on this invoice.
