Something as Simple as Air

Many of us experience odd symptoms with our health

Robert Simmons, a microbiologist and his team at Georgia State
University studied the problem. They "dismantled the air-
conditioning units of 32 cars, from luxury to economy classes,
and all were infested."

"Most are mere nuisances, but a few can occasionally trigger serious
reactions. Some give off toxic byproducts." One suggestion was to
attempt to prevent the fungi from growing. Before you shut your car off,
"turn off the AC but keep the blower (fan) running for a few minutes."
This "will help keep the system dry and unfriendly to fungus."
