While I was there, the assistant manager Mr. Neil Cooper went out of his way to reassure & comfort a disabled elderly woman who was upset & afraid what she needed done on her care was going to be a problem.  He was kind, he spent time having a conversation with her & made sure her needs were met & she was squared away.  It (is) sad to say that kind of customer service & basic human compassion is rare, but it’s true.  You have a gem in denim working your front counter.  Thank you for everything!”
